Since starting Building Solutions with Marcus Kotsoglo in 2005, David has developed a highly focused, tailored and lean business model. This supporting framework enables Building Solutions to grow, innovate and deliver value for their clients.
David sets the strategic direction for Building Solutions. With over thirty years’ experience in the commercial and private sectors as a Chartered Accountant, he has the ability to identify opportunities early. Once identified, David then allocates the necessary financial and human resources for successful realisation.
A strong believer of Lean Construction, David helped establish the Lean Construction Institute - Australasia Ltd (LCIA), a unified not-for-profit organisation that promotes lean construction principles, tools and techniques for organisations in the energy, infrastructure and construction industries.
